I Started In Production. The Conversations Changed My Direction.
My early career was in music, then content production. In 2015 I started my own production company. Over the following years we produced for Coca-Cola, Amazon, Mahindra, T-Series, Royal Enfield and Kia, along with corporate and government organisations.
The work was good. What changed my direction was who I was in the room with. Every project put me in one-to-one conversations with founders and leadership teams. I was there to discuss a campaign. What I ended up hearing was everything sitting behind it. Why sales were not moving. Why a capable team could not deliver without the founder present. Why the last agency had produced volume and no result. After enough of those conversations, the pattern was hard to unsee.
- Workflow automation and process building
- Hiring and in-house team development
- Brand, digital growth and market positioning
Get The Founder Out Of The Process
My work is to remove that. Build the team, define the process, automate what should not need a person, then stay involved for around six months until it runs without me. You did not start a business to become its most overworked employee.
Freedom From Micromanagement
Most of what fills your week belongs to someone else. Defined ownership and automated workflow return that time to the work only you can do.
Systems That Hold Without You
Around six months of handholding while your team learns to run it. The engagement is finished when the business no longer needs me in it.
Building on Tradition, Driving Innovation
I still run my businesses day to day, which means hiring, payroll, delivery pressure and client escalation are current problems for me rather than memories. That is deliberate. It keeps the advice usable, because nothing gets recommended to you that I am not either running myself or have already run and rejected. Through Ads & Brands I have taken businesses from early revenue into lakhs and then into crores, helped founders build their personal brand and public presence, and built in-house teams from hiring through to process handover. The pattern across all of it is the same. Growth follows structure. It rarely follows spend.
Advice Is Easy. Delivery Is Where Most Engagements Fail.
